18/09/2007 - SPRING PRODUCTS SUPPLY CC is without telephone lines since 13/09/2007. Phoning Telkom (on a Cellphone of cause) one must wait 15 minutes and longer, Telkom smiles as it is earning our money whilst we wait. Then, after all the Telkom advertising, one eventually speaks to a real person who tells you, they can do nothing because they are in Cape Town.
This is just the zist of the whole story because the story is too long and too frustrating to tell all the details. However I am sure everybody has a similar experience.
Telkom should be sold in its entirety to a proven successful service provider and ICASA should do more.
